Since im dieting its 1 whole egg, 7 eggwhites and 1 cup of oats with splenda and coffee.. Salmon and 1/2 cup of rice or oats in 3 hrs bitch!  :D ( I LOVE SALMON!)


I WISH it was out to breakfast for 3 over easys, 3 suasage links, home fries, and a side of FRENCH toast..MMMMMmmmmm Now thats a breakfast..!

Really!?? WHY?!! Its so good man! It has a nice taste! I also was on a Tilapia Kick.. Jay told me they all have good fats, but orange roughy has the least overal fat..its a lean white fish...Its a lot pricier than tilapia, im not sure about Salmon though...

If you pick some up let me know how you like it..im sticking with salmon, chicken, Flank steak or Lean Top Round.  If I ever compete again Ill eat orange roughy for 2 months before the show..ill live on that shit and expect JAY CUTLER RESULTS!  ;D ;D

Im off to take my dog to the park.

Orange roughy and tilapia are good low fat choices for fish. Salmon, however, is one of the fattiest (if not the fattiest) choices. True, they are "good fats", but if you're dieting then this is actually a poor choice, especially if you're eating carbs with it.

Thanks Sean, I was wondering why with all the fish eating, and cardio stripping fat has been tougher this time around. Last time I deited I lived in chicken breast and eggwhites..this time I was doing salmon mostly and eggwhites, thinkin Fish is really lean.

IM gonna cut it out and go tilapia and orang roughy.

the lowest fat protein sources are egg whites, turkey, white fish and protein powders, Heracles.

ive been training on an empty stomach now for years and i feel fine,ive tried eating before working out in the morning to see if i noticed any benefits like extra strength and such,i noticed nothing so i just get up and go to the gym,if it working i never question why its working i just go with the flow,ive found i get alittle leaner training on an empty gut in the morning also,its a preferance thing i guess when it boils down to it

the one or two times i've tried that i got sick to my stomach, i have to eat before i train.

over the years ive found out in bodybuilding that alot of things that sound great in theory dont always mean they work the best,for instance,they say eating 5 or 6 smalls meals aday will get you leaner then eating 2 or 3 small meals aday,they say 2 or 3 aint enough,ive tried both methods and ive found my body gets way leaner and holds muscle with the 2 or 3 small meals compared to eating 5 or 6 small meals aday,i did hold muscle with the 5 or 6 but i just wasnt getting the leanness that i wanted even with alot of cardio,everyones got to go thru trial and error to figure what works best for them,its the best way imo and in most cases the only way
