over the years ive found out in bodybuilding that alot of things that sound great in theory dont always mean they work the best,for instance,they say eating 5 or 6 smalls meals aday will get you leaner then eating 2 or 3 small meals aday,they say 2 or 3 aint enough,ive tried both methods and ive found my body gets way leaner and holds muscle with the 2 or 3 small meals compared to eating 5 or 6 small meals aday,i did hold muscle with the 5 or 6 but i just wasnt getting the leanness that i wanted even with alot of cardio,everyones got to go thru trial and error to figure what works best for them,its the best way imo and in most cases the only way
