someone posted something like this before, I will paraphrase!!!

1. Never post a pic on GetBig unless you are the current Mr. O
2. Even if you are the current Mr. O expect flames for having weak points.
3. If you still insist on posting pics after reading #1 and #2, make sure that there is nothing in the back ground that can used against you.
4. Remove anything girly from view, remove anything under 100lb DB.
5. And for god sakes don't take pictures in your parents living room

clearly he didn't see that thread and so here come the flames.

Actually most of those were taken in my basement.

And Sarcasm, do you think you can give me some tips on Diet? I really wanna get down to 160 lbs like you for my next fight. Also I would be interested in hearing how you built such a massive chest and delts, what type of exercises do you do? While were at it, do you think you can give me some advice on how to be as white as snow too? I will pay you.

i didnt order it but watched it on youtube the next day,it sucked but hughes is in his prime and royce is up there in age,i doubt that would have made a difference though.hughes is awesome but imo and alot of other peoples opinion he stills needs to fight penn in a rematch to really be considered the best,i cant wait till the renzo vs militich fight in ac,both tough fighters imo

Do you fight MMA ? what is your training back ground? I wrestled in highschool and university and have been studying Bjj and Muay Thai for the last two years in order to become a well rounded fighter.

2) mesmorph- you could win this thing- but I fear your legs are probably way behind your crazy upper body
