I'd be fine with one open class (this year), however, if I had to choose one over the other, then I'd lean towards the two classes (since we have a decent amount of competitors)

As I said before, I'm fine with a 6 month ruling on the PH's (so let Bast compete in natty) and IMO there doesn't need to be a ruling on ephedra.

suggestion:should we extend the deadline ,a week or two weeks,seems like many guys will not be ready for the 23rd(candidate ,heracles ,jae,alex ,daddywaddy.........)I want everybody to have a shot to the title......ps : I will be ready for the 23rd no problem

is the comp still based on photos? i think the best idea would be to post videos on youtube instead to discourage cheating. cant photoshop them and its way closer to a real contest....we've all seen the difference between awesome photos and actual contest video, or even being there live rather.

Very good idea Sir. A video of all the manditories done in a 60 second routine. That would make for short (relatively small) file to upload on youtube.

Great idea, but not practical. Not everyoen has access to a digital video camera or the technical know-how to upload videos/post on youtube. For those that do, feel free to submit a video for a chance to win best poser. However, it will have no bearing on the results.

most people on this site have a digital camera with video capability and those that dont have over 3 weeks to borrow one. you should poll the current entrants before deciding its not practical

Since True Adonis and Big daddywaddy both have said they will dump all supplements they win down the toilet from the sponsors, I personally dont see a problem then with awarding any and all supplements that they might win in this contest to the next people on the list. This is all of course dependant if those two even get into the winners arena.

Yes as a competetor i say that the post that they have made have voided any chance of recieving products from the companies above .... but to tell you the truth, i dont see either placing
