Thats funny. What is interesting, since we are on the topic, is that the less weight I use, and more volumke/pump I go for-the more I grow, and improve.
Totally agree. My friend is a powerlifter and always lift super heavy ( he is only 19 and bench +- 390
)
So we were doing decline press and normally I put no more than 2 plates on it for 8-10 reps. I always have a great pump with that.
Since he is a powerlifter he always want to pu heavy so he put on 3 plates each side and did 20 reps. I did my 8 reps with 3 plates too but no pump at all even after all the sets.
