Sorry if this topic is old hat, but I didn't find any previous theads.
Most people I've asked say calves. But judging by how many pros for whom it's a weakness, I would say the erector spinae muscles in the lower back. [Maybe the guys I've asked aren't even trying to develop that one.]
Any pros with really thick spinae?

genetics come into play here imo, some people may struggle with one part while another doesnt really even train that part and it grows like a weed.overall id say legs since they are so brutal to train and some people cant handle that kind of effort

Genetics matter a lot, but I'd say calves and forearms.

for most people i know the pecs are harder to build than anything else, especially if you dont have access to a gym and machines.
Forearms and arms , abs, traps are the easiest ones.
so i d say the pecs.

It's totally genetic and different from person to person. I would have always had big calves whether I trained them or not but I'll never have huge forearms. For some people it may be vice-versa and then again some people will never have much chest development or traps.. or shoulders.... it depends on where the muscle inserts and how well it responds to training.

Calves are very hard for me, rest of the legs asswell. I have done/am doing lot's of cycling and that interferes with the BB-ing.

shouldnt ur legs/calves be better off from cycling, alot of cyclists i know (who do it almost every day) have big ass calves and solid legs.
