This is an old pic but what the hell. You can clearly is the muscle fullness only reminiscent of Flex Wheeler/Arnold Schwarzenegger.

That being said, my friend has watched tons of bodybuilding DVDs and he said this one was the best - in terms of instruction and actually learning about bodybuilding.

I think it's pathetic that I can make a living off bodybuilding and most pros don't have two nickels to rub together. Milos has something called intelligence and it has allowed himself to market his services as a trainer and guru and make a living off it.

Plus, I think Milos is one of the most marketable bodybuilder ever. Great physique.

Milos please I already stated that I will let you and your wife and even 240 curl a weight as many times as you can, add that up and I will match and beat it. You expect me to drive to california for 3 days just to do a curling competition? I am sure your wife beats you plenty of times in arms training but doesn't mean she even comes close to me. I am stronger than any women and bigger too. Also stronger than you.

Why drive for 3 days...why don't you take a plane?
Don't you have other things you would like to do (or see) in California?
After all you are spending all day on bodybuilding boards so it is safe to assume you are some kind of bodybuilding fan...(one that probably only wishes he could get somewhere but as he is not capable - he finds that insulting others would get him attention...)

If I need to offer something additional for you to accept the challenge - just say so...
Contrary to you my wife Milamar trains every day and trains at the highest level of intensity...
She trained with Shawn, Flex and me back in 2003 and Flex would usually strip of some plates after her set - to do his...

So if you really believe you can kick her behind - just come on over...My address is already mentioned...

After you pass her challenge - I will let you challenge me...But, as we both (ALL here at GETBIG) know - you will turn the page 63 of your famous book of excuses...

As I said - talk is cheap...Be a man for once - you might just like it...

Alexxx!!! please think this through!!! don't issue this challenge!! i am serious!! Ive seen grown men cry like babies in that gym!!! also its not the weight you have to worry about, its the intensity!!! i thought i trained hard but when Milos trains, its on another level and beyond that!!! and as for Milamar, she is just as intense. Im telling you to think this over, but if you really want to do it, i will personally fly back to Koloseum to see it for myself!!!
