Contrary to you my wife Milamar trains every day and trains at the highest level of intensity...
She trained with Shawn, Flex and me back in 2003 and Flex would usually strip of some plates after her set - to do his...

So if you really believe you can kick her behind - just come on over...My address is already mentioned...

After you pass her challenge - I will let you challenge me...But, as we both (ALL here at GETBIG) know - you will turn the page 63 of your famous book of excuses...

As I said - talk is cheap...Be a man for once - you might just like it...

I guess you finally shut him up.

Give me wieght and reps and i will video tape it and send it to you. Taking a plane to So Cal is nice but some of us cant just get on a plane and leave , despite my baller status.

I am going on vacation this saturday for a week but once I come back I will get back to you!

But once I get there I expect to be treated like royalty with a hotel room and 5 star service and full meals for the day!

When I beat your wife in curling I expect to train with you and if you can't keep up with me I am going to slap you. Also you're going to have to answer any and all questions i ask.

Beating a feeble flex wheeler who can barely lift a dumbell is not a great feat. Even when he was at his biggest he was still a big pussy! But one of my all time favorite bodybuilders!

Well we'll see who is going to back down from this challenge now! ha! take that! Next words I expect to come out of your mouth is: Alexxx your great and mighty arms dwarf mine! Please teach me!

I have been fortunate enough to have been shown almost everthing on that DVD and than some. I still did watch it though and i especially found the nutrition section very well said and to the point. Its is certainly something you need to add to your DVD collection if you have not already

Heavy basic training or really high intensity ?

I live about 2 and a half hour from Alexx. I could easily go to his gym and verify his strenght claims, videotape it and post it here... But I would like my very own DVD though.

Milos and Luke,

Unfortunately to say but Alexx tries to get a rise out of people and to both of you he did.

Alexx will never EVER walka step in your shoes...forget a mile but a step....

You will learn that 98% of the people on this board cannot bench more than 225 or even squat the same. The will never diet down and never step on a bodybuilding stage.

That leaves the other 2% who have done the above or at least respect what you guys do for a living..

In closing please do not respond to Alexx as this just turns out to be a waste of time...

I dont even have to see what your wife does, I'll take your word!

What exercise, what weight, and how many times. Then I will get it verified by another member such as Rhino or Vinny, by going to their gym in person. I think that would be a more effective usage of my time, and afterwards I will critique the DVD for everyone as a way for me to thank you for the oppurtunity your giving me.
