Interesting thing about "owning" somebody...

Class is something that you guys might find it one day...long, long time from now...
It is very easy bringing myself down to your level and start talking trash...but for us that have class, honor and integrity takes little more than just few heated kids remarks and insults...

What you fail to realize - some of us (IFBB pros) go on boards to make ourselves available to the fans...To give something back to comunity...
Few insecure, miserable kids that can't even love themselves (wonder why?) trying to get our responses are few...and we (me - at least) selectively choose to answer when we can...

I don't have too much time on my plate but when I login here I usually see the same characters talking the same trash talk...and usual nonsense...

Of course I am aware that "my fans" would respond the way they do..."F-this, F-that, no arms, no legs, synthol, halotestin, semen, hahaha, OWNED...and similar stupidities..."
If that's what your life is all about - it's just GREAT...

Try to grow up and be friendly for once...Start with liking yourself (I know it is hard - but it is almost possible...so it is good start)...

I am just getting to read this and I will say I have a lot of respect for Milos, and anything he comes out with, and have an immense amount of respect for you Luke...

Don't worry, these guys are really actually cool, they just like to put you to the test.....

The squad destroyed me at first , but now...I have protection!

They mean no harm, after a while, they become quite fun, me and sarcasm are buddies now, but he is tough.

Luke it is good to hear from you, hope you are well and Milos.

Milos, you probably don't remember me, but I used to train in venice with Achim Albrect/ when you and sonny would come up once in a while.

to all the getbiggers, Milos has always been a good guy in my eyes, In fact Milos-you don't know this but when Weinberger was screaming at you last year @ the masters nationals, I was right behind him..The Rhino had your back and you did not even know it.

Hey Milos... first of all I do appreciate you posting and the same goes with all the other pros that post here.  I do have to say for the record though that you tried doing a little owning yourself when you called out Jaejonna, Alex, et. al. and told them your wife could curl for more reps.  That was your shot at owning them, they then turned around and did the same to you which did not sit very well with you.  It was a little bit of give and take and that's typically what goes on at a board like this so it's no big deal and all in good fun for most of us.  The few tragic cases that have a "need" to try to belittle someone like yourself, who has accomplished so much and made a great life for themselves have to contend with their own personal demons and that is punnishment enough.

I own the dvd and I found the info to be very helpful especially the nutrition section. MIlos , I do however have a question, my trainer has me with 5 set 20 reps light then next 3 8-12 heavy then 20 reps light on last set. I have been doing this for about 8 mos.  I didn't see any real results in strength or size in fact I felt a bit overtrained. I don't feel it has led to muscle growth even with a clean diet. I am now doing 20 reps on first bodypart then at least 8 reps heavy next four sets total 5 sets. Do this for each bodypart so if its back/chest then 20 reps on first chest exercise then 20 reps on first back  exercise then 8 reps heavy on next four. I didn't see any real results in strength or size in fact I felt a bit overtrained. Thanks again for the dvd it has been a great help. I also have a Colosseum shirt best workout shirt I have ever owned ! Thanks

Ok, here's my thing, I completely agree that Luke and Mustafa who pre-Milos were good on their own are great with post-Milos guidance.....they're sick no doubt!!!     I remember some of the shots of Luke when he first started gainin attention in his early 20s and he's light years past that form now.   So, it's obvious being under Milos' guidance has paid off, but what is it that Milos brings to the table?  Granted,  his experience in all facets of bb aside, is it more the drill sergeant mentality in that when on your own you might just sometimes quit a movement after 3 sets or 10 reps (what have you), but Milos pushes you to 12-15 reps or 5 sets?   These men were already huge and ripped and understood their bodies.   Did Milos bring some new nutritional perspective or an altogether different diet and training regimen they'd never considered?   Great athetes typically have that "greatness" in them inherently so a good coach just helps keep them on track, but on occassion a good coach can take a decent athlete and make them into some outstanding.   I'm just lookin to understand what genuine bb guidance Milos brings cause there's no doubt a change has occurred, but what brought about that change?

Totally... but here's the thing Milos, even though you say you didn't intentionally try to "own" them and that you were merely confident in your wife's ability, the very act of a woman outperforming a guy in say... curls, is in fact considered owning someone on this board and pretty much everywhere else.   While I can understand that the challenge you placed was not intended to conform to what is defined as being "owned" on this board it never the less met that criteria and was therefore an act of attempted ownership by default.
