So milos what weight, exercise and how many times did your wife do the exercise ??

And to alot of people, going to his Gym isnt on "MY ten things I have to do before I die list"

So the GREAT OPPURTUNITY you guys speak of that I would be missing isnt eally that great... I mean Milos used Synthol, which in my book is the MORTAL SIN of BB ..so that could be your idol UK Gold , but not mines,,,, and Luke Wood is a third teir BB ...whoop dee dooo

I just realised and i opologise to the many people on this forum who are very good to me and Milos. With this post i have just come down to your level! i should'nt stoop so low and post like this. I should remain professional and i did'nt, but i also wanted to make my point clear! i don't have any regrets with what i typed as i think this is what you are and even more, but still there are alot of people on this forum who already know these facts, so why tell them something thety don't already know!

Regardless of which, it would've been interesting to talk training with IMO.

I think, if given the opportunity, going to Milos' gym would've been great. I would really like to hear him out on nutrition, as his credibility, IMHO, isn't all that high after the Balco incident.

He stacked the deck with Montgomery. So does he know anything about nutrition, or is he only good with setting up juice cycles?

You had a great opportunity. And missed it.
