WHo ever edited it did a fuggin awesome job. Agreed - Ronnie came off quite heroic in it. [Except for daintily plucking his glutamine capsules - or whatever they were - from that huge box full of them.] Of course, it helped that they didn't let him talk much.

5 plates aside on every bench, 160lb seated dumbbell presses for shoulders, barbbell rowing 5 plates per side, squating 8 plates per side and its all in his videos. At least he's not all show and he can go too! "Ain't nothin but a peanut"!

he didn't do 5 plates on every bench on COR, he did 5 plates for 5 on flat bench, 4 plates for 8 on inclines and 4 plates for 10 on declines.
