Okay, we heard for months about how no company is going to give a cent to the PDI for the NOC. Well, the first list of sponsors is out, and it's legit. The show isn't going to go belly-up.
Ads? Mid-June, it'll be in at least 3 of the major fitness/BBing magazines. 1000+ flyers just went out.
Cancelled shows? Um, hello, Toronto? Kettle, meet pot.
Ticket sales? I can't confirm anything, but from what Keith/onlyme said, they've already outsold Colorado. At any rate, with only 1500 tickets to sell, and this much buzz/interest about the inaugural show, I don't think any logical person could suggest they won't sell a ton of tickets or likely sell out.
I know the athlete list is not yet complete, but guys are locked into contracts and still competing, so declaring PDI early would be placing suicide. And the guys who are there are interesting, exciting, and there are no GH guts to be found.
Point is.. Haters/doubters,
Can you give us a new list of reasons why the PDI will fail? Your original list is falling to pieces, and the thought of competing in the PDI is suddenly looking more and more exciting for guys who never would have considered it months ago. The usual PDI bashers (you know who you 4 are!) have been very quiet lately
