anyone knows what split to use for  8x8 

this from CT article :

Monday: Chest, shoulders, triceps
Tuesday: Back, biceps, forearms
Wednesday: Quads, hamstrings, calves
Thursday: Chest, shoulders, triceps
Friday: Back, biceps, forearms
Saturday: Quads, hamstrings, calves
Sunday: OFF


or this one :

monday: chest , shoulders
tuesday:legs (quads , ham, . calv )
wednesday : back , abs
thursday : bic. , tric.
friday : rest
saturday : day 1


or maybe somethig else ?

In the courses the split for 8x8 is Upper Body/Lower Body 2x per week.  I own most of the courses.

As for Vince's methods being for sissies well you're quite off.  Vince's methods make every exercise more of a challenge.  When I do Vince's sternum chins in the gym most people look in amazement.
