I have to agree however i'll refrain from calling training methods BS except for that "ball" training thats popped up in the last few years, that stuff is complete BS.DC training,HIT, etc may all have their pros but there is nothing amazingly new w/any "new" training methods of the last few years.I worked out for a year or 2 before ever reading a bb'ing mag yet as anyone else may have also done was using principles of training that I didn't know were even so called principles (drop sets, up & down the rack, pre exhaust,heavy duty,volume work etc.).Just like Weider & the Weider principles.Any person that trains will sooner or later use these so called Weider Principles by instinct to get more from their workouts w/o even knowing that they are referred to that way .
