I do a few lawyer sites, so I emailed one tonight--- and he said that most lawyers will take the case to make a few hundred $ for their time, but that with the public figure thing, and that he has actively engaged in insults here makes it pretty much a waste of time.
honestly, I was stunned to hear him go off like that. The hosts were still, the boards erupted, and it was seriously one of the more, um, surreal things I've ever heard. Thousands of people heard it- just way too real for myself or King. Definitely *something* of epic proportions.
I personally don't like King but i have to agree with his point not partculary this case but in general there is allot of hater that hide behind a key board to talk smack and that is is not bad unless they get personal and that they do |

I wouldn't make any predictions. I am on the treadmill 2 miles a day, 5 days a week, all year round now, so my stamina is great. I know how to stall in the ring til the other guy gasses. I lost at regionals at my finest- nothing to brag about, but nonetheless that gives me more of a grappling/evasive skillset than your average 29 year old. Obviously he'd have me in strength, so I couldn't make it a strength match. You can beat me til I'm hamburger... My head actually cracked a windshield after a car accident last december, and I walked away without a bump (and played a show that night with my band!)
i think it'd be an interesting matchup. who's putting up the cash for it? lift?
