I know how you feel, Mikey. Its 'post-contest depression'...everything seems/feels weird. Even your gym bag looks odd to you or your straps or gloves and belt...just seems like an old friend to you.
After my show(April 1st) I kinda just read the boards...didnt really post. I got the newest issue of MD...just sort of leafed through it instead of read it page by page(except MuscleTech ads). It took about 10-14 days for me to feel like my normal self again...it's almost like you feel like you are at a 'crossroads' so to speak after a show and you have to pick which road you want to go down...its a feeling ONLY competitors or tru bonified BB's like US know...half the derelicts on the boards have NO IDEA what I am speaking of.
You're okay, Mikey...
Do the right thing...get your ass back in the gym tomorrow or Thursday and get back to the drawing board...ONLY if you want to make improvements. If you dont want to make improvements...then take another week or two off...maybe 3. Do the right thing...you're a bodybuilder, right?
