John its good to hear from you, email me your number because I dont have your cell # in my new phone. We can all go hang out and raise some hell in Vegas.
One thing I would like to point out to people, now this is nothing against Chris Coook, because Chris is a great guy.I admit Chris Cook, is a very marketable athlete looks wise, but condition wise he is not.Chris is a handsome man, has great symetry, and carries a good amount of muscle. The problem is Chris Cook has never come in dry, and really hard in any show I have seen him compete in.I have competed against Chris 3 times, and even up close he is lean but never is razor sharp.Chris is one of those athletes who looks great when he is in the gym or on stage alone, but you put some one who comes in ripped like Branch Warren or Dexter Jackson he doesnt look very good.Even new pros like David Henry know if your a pro bodybuilder you have to be bone dry, and ripped.....Period.Once Chris Cook either stops using insulin, or does more cardio, he just might do some serious damge as a pro.I think Chris Cook tries to come in big, instead of coming in shredded.I also think if Chris came in at 250 instead of 265 he would look 10 times better then he has previously.Chris has what it takes to be a good pro, size and symetry wise, but he really lacks conditioning. This thread is not defending John, or putting down Chris, I am just speaking from a buissness stand point. If you dont come in hard at shows you wont place, and if you dont palce people wont buy the products your endorsing. Why does BSN do so well , Ronnie Coleman. Why does Muscle tech do so well ...Jay Cutler, Branch Warren ,Gustavo Badell, and so on.I hope in the near future Chris Cook does find the demons that is haunting him so he can come is shredded.Chris is a very likeable person who has unlimited potential once he comes to shows dialed in.But until that happens not many companies are going to put there money on a horse that never places.
