12:50 1 healthy Choice Bourbon Steak dinner 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 lb broccoli, with 2 tablespoon fat free caesars
Run at 1;30, get back at 2:25
3:00 in a couple minutes 2 cans of canned chicken mixed with 1 cup musrooom and green pepper spaghetti sauce, 2 servings metamucil
I plan on having 3 scoops VPX Zerocarb at 4:30
6:00 I plan on repeatiing meal 4 with 8 oz of Kefir (like yogurt) and 2 yellow squash
9:00 2 Jennie O turkey burgers, 1 tabslp hemp, handful blueberries or cherries
1200am cottage cheese, natty pb.
At 3:00am I'll probably shake up a VPX ZeroCarb with metamucil.
