1] You claim to be alot richer than Dorian. Prove it. Dorian has a VERY successful supplement company that sponsors amongst others 'real' celebrities like Ricky Hatton. He owns a world renowned gym, makes plenty of bucks form personal training, consultations and seminars. He will probably never have to work another day in his life. He was my pick based off of my experience of which you were not there and UK Gold has decided to expose his ignorant side thus showing his ass on getbig by hanging off of Dorians right ass cheque defending his fellow countrymen and favorite pro. Well, start a new topic buddy on how much you have Dorians back and how Dorian is better than the bigbalddaddy so you can have your own hayday on getbig you jackoff!

Back to the question at hand. Yates should of at the very least shook hands with you. Right now He's living off of what he was and who he is as a person. Lee Labrada knows this. He's always ready to shake hands or give an autograph to his fans. He knows it's Him that their buying when they buy a Labrada product. Same should go for Yates. He's a salesman now and should give people who made him what he is the respect due. It's really a dollars and cents question. Who would you buy protein from a snob who brushes you off like yesterdays garbage or someone who seems genuinely happy that the fans remember him and the class he gave bodybuilding in the 70's-80's. I'd rather give my $$$ to the guy who acts gracious in a crowd, not someone who just blows you off with a nod. It's PR and you can't buy good PR. Lee's got it Yates never had it, never will, bodybuilding aside.

Sorry Shawn, but I have to go with you. Back in 01 or 02 at the SF Pro a few of us out in the lobby were watching you walk by (because you had a hot lady on your arm) and you were blowing off anyone who came near you. Then when you decided to take a seat (late of course) and another couple was sitting up front in those empty seats, you had a hissy fit until they moved.

Hey, thats what I brought him for, the only autographs he got were of Melvin Anthony and the Pic with Quincy and thats because we hadn't seen each other in years since we used to train together and wanted my boy to meet him. Those were two of the coolest pro's at that show!

Yup Shawn seems like everybody's fool. Once he was talking on the boards saying how His friend won the Bill Phillips EAS Challenge. I asked if he had a before and after picture, after all that's what the contest was judged on. He sounded like I asked him for his house. I knew he was full of shit, if you train somebody and they win the EAS Body for Life challenge that's based on your before and after shots, aren't you going to have those pics handy. If one of my clients won, I sure would of had the B & A pics on the wall. He acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. But He's been borne again, so all is forgiven

Quincy was signing autographs a local show. Taking pictures with kids and fans. Mingling with the crowd. He is a father so he is always interacting with kids.

Well it depends on how much grease is on the floor in the kitchen. If the guys get sloppy then the cardio is great! My right lat and arm seems to be a little more ripped too since I haven't switched up to lefty yet...
