I don't know if I cheated or not. Probably, but it tastes soo good. I had a great workout today, back and biceps. I was driving by KFC and I couldnt resist. I had to get two of those double crunch sandwitches and a small soda. The problem is, I'm starting to make this a habit. I mean if this is cheating, I only do it maybe twice a week. I work out religiously six days a week and run two times a week. Is it going to effect my diet if I keep on doing this?
Dude, KFC is being sued because they over - FAT their food on purpose to hook little fat bodies
