hey Jack why do you say that heavy, low rep training doesn't work for growth? it's worked pretty damn well for me.
Maybe I communicated this wrong. I think heavy, low rep training does not work for ME. I base this on the fast twitch/slow twitch fiber thing, looking to hit more fast twitch, and making my muscle more full and round. But if heavy, low rep training is working for you, I say keep doing it. I did that for many years, so maybe thats it?
And for the rest, sarcasm was asking a real question, thanks for sticking up for me, but he and I are boys.
