I don't get the mechanics behind his reverse bench. And at the weight, it's hard to fathom. I tried that kind of grip, and I felt like my shoulders were going to pop out.
Can anyone explain why he could do more that way?
Also, I read some where that he ate like 10,000 to 14,000 or more cals a day. Why did he need to eat so much? I mean, did he really need to eat all that food? It just seems like a lot of food. He was probably over fed, if you ask me.
