Just took a valium, which(pay attention Sarcasm), is not a painkiller. My doc says I need them cuz I have bad temper/mood swings. And my students know I am not the best role model. I have "bad" "intentions" tatted on my knuckles, they don't expect a saint.

Very true, all you need to do is do a few choreographed moves, pay enough money and you too can be a black belt....aka minister of death.

Do opiates make your teeth yellow? I never heard that? I actually got the tooth whitening mouth guard from my dentist. It stings for the first couple of nights, but it works good for 200 bucks.

true to a point, I would do away the belt system entirely(at my gym), but the kids like it.
