I have the owners (2) names, addresses and phone numbers at work, shall i post it and thus many let the two leaders of this company know what they think?Their products are sold in GNC Franchise stores and over radio ads besides the Net.
Cutler is doing what he has to do, protecting his image. gotta respect that. thing is he won't see a dime. company will fold. there's a good chance they thought this could happen and have somewhat prepaired for it. jay will get his image removed, that's it.
I couldn't care less whose pictures they use. Neither could anyone else except the "blue stars".
You collect from the insurance policy they are holding.
The company will have a few more years. The civil court system is very slow moving. Secondly they just shut down and start up under a different name. I love corp. law!!!!
any legal experts out there? What kinda $$ is Cutler going to take away from all of this?
Excellent. Bankrupting a business that probably wasn't even generating any profit to begin with. Good work Jay.
You are kidding right? Is he supposed to just let whomever just his image for free? Here' s the pic of the box.
You got it. He has posted on Mayhem a few times but right now, he's deep into his prep.
Better watch it 240, he may sue you next
How could I ever compare with Johnny Depp.
You both have spent time in shawn ray's bedroom. that should mean something.
If that box pic is the issue then it's unlikely there's much of a claim. You know the company will come back with some excuse how they got the rights to the pic as it's unlikely they would eggregiously violate his trademark. I'm sure GNC demands indemnity and that they be additionally insured so no big dollars from them. The insurance companys will hammer out some settlement and I'd doubt he can expect any huge payday. I've never even heard of that company so how much biz could they be doing..
That's just wrong.
What a frickin' whiner... his face or name isn't even on there, it's just his chect and arms... it could be anyone. I assumed it has a full picture of him. To say that company is "trading on Jay's reputation" isn't exactly accurate.
