Pseudoephredine / Ephredrine....what is the difference ?

Thanks, I looked on the sticky but could not find an answer. I have found Pseudoephredrine available at a higher ml concentration than ephredrine and was curious.

Thanks, I see you mentioned in that post that pseudoephedrine is not very thermogenic so it looks like ephedrine is still the way to go.

bullshit, when it's stacked right it's quite thermogenic.  Add an 81 mg aspirin and 200 mg caffeine (NoDoz).  Take before cardio and drop out the aspirin on the dosage mid-day and cut back on the caffiene if needed.  I use whatever cheap thermogenic i have on hand for the later day dosages instead of the NoDoz.

I have to disagree on that one.  The chemical structure is really different and the effect is not even close to real epehdrine.

If ephedrine cannot be obtained, pseudoephedrine, ephedrine's optical isomer, can be substituted in. Contrary to popular belief studies have shown pseudoephedrine to have a thermogenic effect; approximately three times less than L-ephedrine. Therefore, three Sudafed tablets, or 90 mg pseudoephedrine should provide approximately the same thermogenic effect as 25 mg ephedrine, but the overall effects of a pseudoephedrine based stack compared to an ephedrine based stack have not been studied (it is unlikely that PSE would produce an anoretic effect due to the low CNS activity, which is responsible for ~75% of the ECA stack's weight loss).

I've tried pseudo vs. ephedrine stacked with caffeine.  For fat loss, the ephedrine/caffeine combo blows away the pseudoephedrine/caffeine combo.  However, both do a good job of clearing my nasal passages
