Chuck will beat Babalu, although i'd rather see Babalu assrape Liddell (I just don't find his fights all that entertaining and it annoys me how much he grabs the cage to avoid takedowns).

Chuck vs. Silva will be good though. Too bad we have to wait so long for it!

Can someone enlighten me on how this was arranged? Is Silva contracted by the UFC for just one fight? Has he left Pride? Do the UFC & Pride split the profits of the fight? How does this work?

guess anything possible but these kinda fights dont come around too often, last time it was chuck vs rampage in japan from what i can remember...

tim vs fedor would be a joke... he wouldnt stand 10 seconds, the heavyweight division of ufc is way behind pride unfortunately...

I'm not going to get too excited about the Silva/Liddell fight just yet...there's too many things that can go wrong between now and then...I was also hoping to see Babalu beat Liddell, but now not so much...

there was a good clip about wanderlei in the latest pride... you know "the father" and then watching him with his kids "the businessman"... "the fighter" and some of his knock outs etc... they should bring something like that together for the american audience before he fights in the ufc and people who hasnt seen him before will be impressed...

But in all seriousness, didn't Silva get knocked the fuck out by Vitor the last time he fought in the UFC?

I know the logic does not necessarily hold, but ff Liddell has eaten Vitor for lunch, and Vitor has brutally devoured Silva, what is Liddell going to do to Silva?

This could be an epic beat down of cataclysmic proportions.
