Can you post pictures of when you were natural. I would like to see them. Also, did you compete in any natural contests and how did you place?

If I'm not mistaken Bob won the Collegiate nationals back in 85 or 86...how old were you when you won this Bob? I remember seeing you place 5th at the 86 nationals behind Phil Hill and Zuccollotto to name a couple.

Won the Jr. Nationals in 1987...I was 21.

Took 5th in the 1987 nationals in Atlantic City... Phil Hill, Harry Dodich, Troy Z, Johnny Ray Kinsey, me, James DeMelo, Joe Meeko, Deke Warner, Matt Mendenhall a few that come to mind...

1983- 17 years old about 190 lbs.

1987- 21 years old 219 lbs.

This month I would be living in Rochester one year. I wanna switch from Gold's to Rockell's. I'm ona tight budget and Rockell's is open later and if I have myself and 3 other family members join it only comes out to $13/month for each person.

Didn't have any "main" rivals...other than Shawn who beat me at the Teen nationals and then won again at the 87 nationals...after that he pulled ahead slightly

No one I know of still competing (maybe in the Masters div. DOH!)

Been to outside of Buffalo many times but never been there. I think thats where the Bills train sometimes for mini camp. Might head up there in Dec. for the Bills vs. Dolphins game.
