So I leave work and head to my local Gold's for my weekly savage triceps assault. I've done a couple movements when I move over to a flat bench for some close grips. The bench was located next to an incline bench where 4 massive 160lb college-age monsters are grunting and yelling through brutal 3-rep sets of 175lb inclines LOL!!! Normally I wouldn't pay any attention, but these beasts of the iron sport were particularly loud and screamed at each other before, during and after each nasty set. Finally the big bastard of the group laid his enormous 180lb frame on the incline bench and requested a monstrous 205lbs be put on the bar. After several minutes of beastly snarling and grunting with the other monsters the bar was slammed up off it's supports and brought into the upright part of the range of motion to begin the rep. About 2 seconds into the bars descent the 180lb beast's shoulder can no longer support the massive 205lb incline and it dislocates and the weighted bar comes ackwardly crashing down, but not before one end of the bar is quickly flung in the air smacking one of the 160lb monsters square in the grill and knockin him to the floor. HAHAAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! I laughed for 5 minutes, shook my head, then finished my close grips and proceeded to the pushdown station while the injured behemoths slowly made their way to the gym exit. AAHAAHAHAHAHAH!!!! PWN3D!!!!!!111
