Author Topic: Nolvadex and Clomid being used together (Read 9628 times)

I know a ton of guys who use Nolva and Clomid combined during PCT. ( and swear by this)

Over at Genxx forum they believe strongly in this method. I personally am trying it just because I have alot of clomid and Nolvadex laying around.

What do some of you guys think about this?

I did that my first cycle for PCT and didn't see any visable effect compared to the rest of my cycles to warrant doing it again. My diet, protien intake and training regimine was spot on for my first 2 cycles and again like I said, nothing extra in kept gains to warrant using both. I have since found that proviron and nolvadex does wonders for me as where clomid isn't anything I will buy again as long as I can get the other two compounds. Just my two cents on this issue. Then again my cycles where fairly low doses for shorter periods of time (10 - 12 weeks) Maybe clomid exhibits better effects for longer cycles. I really don't know.

My question is why use them together if there is no markable difference in combining them or using a higher dose of Nolvadex? I know he has a plentiful supply of both but does it really make your PCT any better? My experience (though limited compared to some of the guys here) proves otherwise. I guess it can be different for everybody.

I don't see the point of taking them both. Nolva can accomplish basically the same thing with a lower dose. I've also read about a lot of vision problems with Clomid. I personally like Nolva (although I've found it makes me tired).

So it isn't just me that thinks Clomid is worthless in comparisson to Nolvadex. I would sell the clomid and buy more Nolva or Proviron. Ain't my call though so I will STFU now.

nolva should be preffered over clomid , in fack as side by side it is clearly the stronger agent,

Eventhough I don't care for Clomid I'll be using it for PCT for my next cycle. This is mainly because I have about 50 pills laying around. However, I'll be taking a low dose of Nolva during my cycle.

Proviron is worth every penny in my opinion.

IN most cases I agree, nolva will be fine, but after a longer harsher cycle the added clomid can be beneficial IMO. Not necessarily necessary, but if you can take it with out side effect problems then it is not worthless IMO.

That is the only dose to use, especially in my case where I used heavy androgens.

I plan on possibly doing either a Test E and Tren or Test E and Eq for my next cycle with no orals except Proviron and I will stay with 50mgs ED.

I'd agree but I've never gone over 12 weeks in a cycle. But I'm planning on doing a 16-20 weeker next year so I might try both then.

test e and eq would be better solution !

12 weeks 750 test e a week
10 weeks eq 400 mg a week
50 mg proviron ed

I just came off a 16 weeker.... I want to make damn sure I am covered thats why Im taking both.... What if you just take nolva but dont absorb it welll or something.... Its like having an extra mag for your pistol.... maybe you dont need it, but your covered if you do

Have you done both Test E and Eq and a TEst E and Tren cycles? What are the differences in quality gains, side effects, stat changes, body composition, bf% from your experiences? I need to make a descision soon so I can start gathering things and planning my diet to suit what I am trying to accomplish which is as much QUALITY muscle mass as possible. Thanks in advance sporty.
