First Cycle Question.....

I am thinking of running a 10 week cycle of Test Cyp and Deca. My question is, can I mix the two together in the same needle to save having to stick myself, or do they have to be seperate?

Here's the stack:

400mg Test Cyp per wk
400mg Deca per wk

20mg Nolva per day

Yes, you can mix the two together. That being said I'd make the following changes:

Weeks 1-10 Test C 500mg
Weeks 1-5 Dbol 25-50mg ED

Since it's your first cycle you can forget about the Deca. Save it for the next one. I would also only use the Nolva as needed & for PCT.

I don't like it.  Test is great for a first cycle.  It's best to keep the test to deca ratio at no more than 3:2 due to some of the libido problems that can occur with deca. 

You can do test only to see how well you respond.  I would do 500mg per week.  I love deca, but at that test dose I would have you down at the 200-300mg range for the deca.  dbol at 25-50 mg per day or anadrol at 50mg per day for about 4 weeks is also nice to "jumpstart" your cycle because the test and deca won't kick in for several weeks.

I think nolva is a poor choice for anti-estrogen during a cycle.  Nolva is an estrogen receptor blocker (like clomid).  You'll still produce the estrogen but it will not bind to it's receptor.  It has a particularly strong affinity for periareolar tissue, and is best used as a backup during a cycle for a short course if any gyno occurs.  It is very effective in this regard.  During your cycle, you are better off taking a compound that blocks the conversion of test to estrogen, so-called aromatase inhibitors, such as arimidex, letrozole, proviron.  We can argue over which is best, but personally I like arimidex.  For a 500mg test cycle as a newbie, 0.5mg of arimidex every day during the cycle should suffice.  I would also strongly consider a low dose of hcg throughout the cycle, here at around 300IU every 5 days subQ.  Acting as an LH (leutinizing hormone) analog, hcg will help prevent death of the test-producing (Leydig) cells in your testicles.

Post cycle, nolvadex is a good choice for PCT (post-cycle therapy).

Thanks guys. Good stuff. I think maybe I'll run just the Test @ 500mg wk, and maybe get some arimidex. Keep the nolva for PCT.......

I agree with what freak says for the most part.  Im almost thinking for this guy since 500mg is a pretty low dose maybe use no estrogen control on this cycle.  I can say for sure that gains are best with E present. Most anti-E's suppress IGF-1 to some degree.  I would have nolva on hand if too strong of E sides occur.  Also you can use it for PCT.

So all you need for this first cycle is a few bottles of test and a bottle of nolva, you could even get the liquid nolva and really keep the costs down.

Agree on a bigger cycle as you get more experianced an AI is a great idea.
