The RN looks at me and says, "you are no stranger to the weight room". He then goes on to tell me about his cousin who just got out of prison who bench pressed 700 lbs and his brother in the coast guard who weighs 240 lbs with a 32 inch waist, but does not look that way since he got married now.

Yeah everyone does have a story, but marriage does make people fat!! Or maybe it's love, they just let go of themselves. Also hospitals like muscle people to come in gives others a spiritual vibe helps kids alot more cope with being bed ridden. Reading muscle magazines while I was in and out of hospitals helped me, gives you a drive.
Oh also smoothies helped my grandmother, great grandmother, strawberrie ones were their favorite, and chocolate, in fact strawberries have ovaries and actually have cancer healing properties. My friends mom would go to Smoothie King and get a Strawberry hulk, to try to keep weight on.
