I believed it should be treated with respect and integrity. The fans deserve it, the organisation deserves it and heck the pro himself deserved to be in shape

I know Lukes arms are his weakness as i said, and im not knocking him for that, as i said he will be the first to point out to you this. But he is great guy and plenty of time for fans and the boards!! i still think he has potential to be top 10 Olympia!!!

he can play the 'mass game' all he wants but it won't fix his flaws. Is Luke making a good living bodybuilding? If not he should retire.

Luke's arms are huge for your info.. It's because his delts happens to be one of the best in the business but that doesn't mean that his arms sucks..

, yes i do have to bring up my arms, they are over 20 in contest shape, but at 5'11 and 260 on stage, they need to be at least 21, i know this and i will achieve this!!! one thing i will say about luke wood is he never quits!! and no im not going to retire anytime soon. why? because you think bodybuilders only make money from placing high in shows?? no sir! i do alot of guest appearances, seminars and i am a personal trainer. i am also now helping people prepare for competitions. does it makes you earns thousands and thousands?? no, but i love what i do and keeps a roof over my head, food in mouth and gas in my car. i have air in my lungs and i sleep well at nite, so i have everything i need!

neddy man, that picture was from the 2005 europa pro show. i was 244lbs and lost way to much weight. was flat as tack.
also yes i will be selling pictures at the guest pose

One thing about the Croatch, he trains harder than anyone I know...haha I remember Titus speaking in the 3rd person on the BFTO 2002 video. Something like, "Craig Titus can't eat oats and rice, Craig Titus has to eat pop tarts and jelly to fill out for the show." Classic.
I will say one thing about pros, they certainly have their drugs dialed! I wonder who comes up with the cycles, I'm guessing Milos "the trainer". Croatch always keeps it real.
Luke looks good. You can only do so much with the genetics you have, he appears to have done this. Good job.
