Creatine Question
« on: August 01, 2006, 10:12:23 PM »
How do you guys dissolve creatine?
I've mixed it with water, grape and other fruit juices, as wells as put it into my protein shakes but the creatine drink always stays sandy.
I've mixed it with warm water and it seems to work a bit but is there another way?

thanks

Alexxx mixes it with baby batter.  It is a known fact that is how he got so massive.

you buy CEE (creatine ethyl ester hcl) in capsule form, eliminates all of your problems.  ;)

no i haven't, i've only taken it with whey but i find most of the creatine is left at the bottom of the blender anyways.

Milos, What is Vitargo and what does it do?

My breakfast shake is sometimes creatine, whey protein with half milk and half black coffee.

I take this and i stay amped the whole workout.
What do you think?

I've tried it with chocolate pudding, when I ran out of lemonade. Anything is better than drinking it in plain water.....YYYYUUUUCKKK!!!

That, however, is no longer an issue, given the creatine supplement I currently use.
