You just gotta live...leave your mind at the door when you walk into the gym, it's ok to forget about stuff for 45mins out of your 24 hr days. Go in with positive attitude cause your going to the gym and when you come out, come out with a positive attitude cause you got to leave the gym. I have some kids in my gym I workout at that go for PT and are handicapped they like to see big weights and are awe struck by muscle, your in a better position that most...they want to see you give it all since they cant!
