so what have you guys noticed increases your vascularity the most? does anyone notice particular times of the day, or even particular days that you are mor vascular than others. my thoughts have to do with the amount and tye of protein i consume and how it effects ny nitrogen levels. i just like alot of vascularity in my physique, even when im not getting a pump in the gym and would like to hear peoples opinions on how they thnk they obtain their vascularity
