when takin zma?

does anyone drag ass in the morining when u take zma? walkin like i have concrete shoes,first time i ever took it.thx

Try just cut back on the dosage your using.ZMA will help you sleep better and is very effective but even Victor Conte will tell you if you take to much it will make your drowsy the next day .
