dont know, only been there for 9 years. but i'd say most have at least 5-10 years experience. a lot 15-20 years experience or more. some old folks in their 60's there still competiting in raw benchpressing. owner is a competing senior bodybuilder. lots of bodybuilders, powerlifters, female lifters etc. not the kind of crowd and atmosphere that would attract beginners and teens. not that they're not welcome, i just haven't seen it.
nobody would give a shit about some teenagers armsize because a) they've seen it all before b) they're busy with their own training.

It does sound like a great gym, but I'd agree, if you're focussed of your training, it really doesn't matter about the gym, so long as they have what you need.
