Im thinking I might make the Trip to the O again this year --- be fun to see what happens there this year  !!!

  sound to me there will be lots of surprises in the NOC!!! :o  i keep on reading most the threads here and there, and i cant wait to be on the stage. i will make sure to be the 2nd copy of Dexter jackson but a lettle smaller  ;D

  i moved to this show coz of u and the others who adviced me and criticised me which i used it in a good way not the other way with hard feelings :)
cracking the top 6 is what am looking for as first time doing high level pro show.
 by the way i didnt cheat, its just u cant take it that i did it Naturally  :-* thats why my weight was 194 pounds!!

 am doing great TJ am just worried about my trip to US!! my line will be Bahrain going to London then NY :-\  that means i cant take any thing with me in the plan :o  but i will come early so when i break my diet i will have extra time to manage every thing...

The flying thing sucks now! I will go throught that when we go to London. I thinking on the same lines as you, Top6 would be great! It is nice to haer that people think it is between you and I for 2nd to Lee but I also don't like to hear that, As the last thing I want to do is take this lightly! I am sure there will be some suprises that show up!

I have you as one of the top three bodybuilders in a few years.

If you don't go crazy trying to get big.

Remember what happened to Edgar Fletcher. He went from amazing to looking like shit.

You're already one of the top 10 IMO, only need to refine what you got. No need to get 20-30 lbs heavier.
