All kidding aside, in my opinion Layne is a lot closer to being a true natural than Skip. People here mock Layne's physique but when you look at him you are looking at about as good as it gets for a clean bodybuilder (in the overall sense --- some might have better body parts but when you consider conditioning and so on).

You need to take up bodybuilding. Try to learn by first going to the gym and eating right. After you discover these legendary tools you will be able to make an intelligent remark. Until then keep your dumb posts to yourself and Derek Anthony.

Get yourself in the same shape as Layne (his contest pics) and let's see how you look.

Just to clarify something else, I don't have a great affinity for Layne for my own personal reasons but that does not cloud my ability to see the facts as they are.

That is true, but what you have to understand is that when drug free guys get ripped they are not huge by today's drug influenced standards. That was my point.
