hey Keith i was in the gym today and was talking to a guy who i've seen shoulder press 315 seated to the front for 5 and we got talking about you and the Barbarians, what were your best lifts on shoulders?

Well as short ago as 2000 at Gold's Gym on Sahara & Decatur I was doing 315 BNP for 6. And that is all the way down and long pause at bottom. My shoulders now are really tight and I am not doing BNP. But I can still do seated front presses for 6 with long pause. I just started doing DB presses this week and I did 130's for 6 barely. ANd that was very hard. Back when I was on something I did 405 for 3 or 4 BNP. The twins and me did that back in 93 or 94 or so at The Gym on Oahu and in Garden Isle Fitness on Maui then got kicked out for them making so much noise. WHen I think about that cop at the ASC in 2002 or so doing 50+ reps with 100 lb DB's it makes me feel weak. No way ever on earth could I do that. I have always had strong shoulders. Maybe I will get my training partner to take a pic of me doing the 315. I'll see.

One time, I did 225lb. on flat bench for 7. I remember driving home feeling the ultimate adrenaline rush, then telling everyone I knew about it. I hope to do better this week.
