Probably longuer than you Matt as he gets checked by a Doc several times a year.  He has a full life insurrance and medical insurrance as well and if you know anything about that sort of thing, you know that they just don't give these out to anybody, you have to go through full physical medical test, he does not smoke or drink, etc...  He's probably in better health than you are.
Just because you have medical checkups doesn't mean there is no danger to your health through the use of massive amounts of bodybuilding drugs. There are a lot of potential risks that DO NOT show up on standard blood panels. Does he have the thickness of his left ventricle measured all the time? Does he get liver ultrasounds (as opposed to enzyme tests that can be perfectly normal while a cyst is forming)? Just some examples.

The amount of drugs the pros use is not healthy despite what you claim. Ask the pros themselves if they think there is zero danger to their health by their lifestyle. Why did Cutler use to say he wanted to get out in a few years if it's so healthy?

I never say that he was the healthiest guy around, but many people who don't even compete use loads of gear and never ever get checked by a physician.  Anyway, I'm not the one who started talking shit about how long will Jay live, etc...  This goes for most athletes who practice the sport of bodybuilding competitively, not just pros but amateurs as well.  So why pick on Jay?  Because he's on top or because Matt got a hard on for him?

I guess someone went on Mayhem after all to get these.
Also, I'm wondering why Jay does not post here anymore....  Hummmmm!!

Madmax....I understand your a friend of Jay's, but this is a board that discusses bodybuilding, weight training, etc, both good and bad.  Drugs, drugs being used, effects, side effects, apperances etc are gonna be discussed.  Not everyone involved in BB likes the drug use part of the game.  There is a whole other world outside of the 3 block circus town of Venice, California (which is a cool place) that weight trains and bodybuilds and does not use drugs.  Jay Cutler is a professional BB....he WILLINGLY stands on a stage to get picked apart and earn a living.  He has been doing this for a long time.  I've been involved in BB contest since 84.  If I stopped going to a gym or was not able to take the "negative or not complimentry " comments I would have never stepped on a stage let alone win shows.  By the time your at Jay's level in BB you have heard everything.  To deny the obvious changes is insane...if a person in the normal world had their mandible change like that they would be concerned, no?  I personally know a guy with acromegaly that had surgery to prevent any further abnormalities...especial ly to his heart.  Are you saying that you think you can use large amounts of GH or similar hormones (IGF) for years and be sheilded from acromegaly changes?  Do you think that acromegaly or facial changes are where it stops?  Do you understand the #1 reason people with acromegaly die young?  Can you look at the picture of Jay on the last page...the one where he is standing up and then look at the new pix you posted and say the changes to the jaw are not incredible?  I aint talking about normal aging, which Jay is doing GREAT...I'm just talking about the facial features.  The guy seems like a nice guy, he's a great BB but when someone on the first page of a disussion board asked if anyone sees changes to his facial features in the posted pix and you say that's why Jay don't post that's ridiculous...I guess people can go on a board for Nascar but can't talk about crashes...or people can go on a rock and roll board and see a pix of Keith Richards and not mention drugs....Wake up, man.  ust because Jay and everyother BB has heard people pick apart their physique doesn't mean they'll stop competing and go through it all over again.
I have a friend that is competing at Nationals, has competed for 16 years.  I see some stuff that he can and should do differently to make it safer.  I saw some changes in him that I did not like....Of course I said something and made sure it got through.  I understand winning and the fucked up game that is Bodybuilding as much as anyone, but their are safer ways and ya gotta do everything to protect yourself.

How long jay will live will come down to genetics IMO... what he has done will hasten death if he is predisposed to certain things.

Otherwise he'll be okay after he retires and live to 70+

You see, I can actually deal with post like yours a lot more easily that just nasty stupid and mean spirited posts like the ones before.  I am just saying that nobody likes being talked shit about, I understand that it is the nature of this board and that's fine but that does not mean that anybody has to tolerate it, if they don't want to.  Obviously, Cuts has no time for this kind of negative shit, he only came on here because of few GetBig members asked him to and invited him.  Many times, I get e-mails from people even from this board asking me why Jay does not post here anymore, well, that is why, because a few rotten apples ruin it for everybody else, I feel bad for the good ones but I guess, that's just the way things are.
There's a lot of people on boards and we all have different opinions and we are entitled to them, just don't complain about Pros not posting here then.
That's all.
Max.

Thanks for worrying about his well being though, I'm sure he appreciates it.
And yes btw, that was a very classy question.
Max.

And when he crokes, do thnk that insurance will really pay out considering the illegal drug use? Also, don't you think on the med insurance claims if needed will reject him for lying on an insurance form? If God for bid anything happends to him and the insurance co. decides to do a full investigation, his claims will be rejected and if he dies, his wife will have no claim.....same with any who uses that much gear!

that's what I was thinking...

one look at him and the company will do a drug test and refuse his coverage pronto...

same with ANY ifbb pro... the coverage is worthless for serious illness

acromegaly comes with playing the mass game.  It isn't a good long-term thing to deal with, but there is a tradeoff that comes from being 300 pounds of muscle, getting mag covers, and meeting 1000 people every weekend who waited an hour just to shake your hand in a pic.  They make the choice, much like stockbrokers will choose a heart attack at 54 or coalminers will choose lung cancer at 50.

I doubt it.  A couple of time, I expressed concernes about making sure that winning the O title would not affect his health or his life.  I want him to win but not at the expense to lose a friend.  I'm more concerned about diuretics really than anything else.  Jay knows how I feel but the bottom line is that he's an adult and he knows fully what he's doing and based on what I know, he's taking as little risks as possible.  What else can I say.  I know plenty of other people that will never be at Jay's level and abuse themselves a lot more than he does.

Once again... There are 2 reasons why Jay keeps doing the O.
1) The second place prize money " Aint to shabby "
2) This is the biggest reason and something I think people keep overlooking. Ronnie Is human ( Maybe ) And by Jay sticking real close to Ronnie and doing the O every year, Jay's just waiting for Ronnie to be " Off " or Ronnie could get hurt, miss his flight, get food poisoning..
etc... All joking aside , think about it. Anything can happen before a show. By Jay staying right on Ronnie's ass, he is just waiting for something like that to happen. Then Jay would win It. So he has to do the O every year and stay right there with big Ron in case something does happen.

Jay was at his all-time best in 2001, and Ronnie was at his all-time worst yet Ron still won.

Who cares? only homos study jaw lines

Not.  We have better things to study.  ;D  I don't know what you call people who study jaw lines but "homos" is not it.

Matt

If you continue to point out their denial and hypocrisy people will hate you for it (but they won’t change their behavior).  “Kill the messenger” is the strategy of choice for people in denial.  In many ways, getbig is just like the muscle escort board:

http://www.getbig.com/boards/index.php?topic=36549.0

Everytime someone dies, everyone posts about how sad it is, how much they cared for the individual and how much they wish his family well, but in the next breath they are back to celebrating & worshipping their other muscle heroes whom are doing the very things that made the last guy turn up dead.

Ah well, there are plenty more muscleheads where he came from.

This is so true....I talk to guys that won't even win a state level show that are using enormous amounts of stuff...way more than necessary.

Matt, I respect that you did post pics of yourself but why did people have to make fun and rip you apart?  Did you like it?  I'm sure you did not.  I guess it's ok to give/ask for constructive criticism but making fun just to make themselve feel better, I think it's crummy and that's the problem with a lot of people here.
I know all that I'm saying will not change a things in the way things are handled here but a few people may understand what I'm talking about.
