Honestly I saw many natural guys more ripped than guys who use gear.

I think its because of super genetic.
Or very slow dieting. Just eat very strict a couple of years(Its very tough!!!) and clean your body little by little and possibly gain muscle mass also.
And 3 month before show,do real diet(decending the carb intake) for the show.
So you already have small percantage of body fat,its way easier to get cut without expence of muscle.

I think it's because naturals tend not to hold as much water which can be caused by steroid use.Lots of the top UK naturals get in better condition than the assisted athletes just not as big and thick.

Not sure why everyone is knocking this guy though.He has a good symettrical physique,very aesthetic and great condition. It doesn't matter what he weighs or what his measurements are-it's what he looks like on stage that counts.Natural bodybuilders create an illusion of size through conditioning and aesthetics.Try going to a few shows-you may be suprised.

In given time, Naturals can get in much better condition then non-naturals....Its just a matter of purging ALL of the fat.

Don`t expect 12-16 weeks. It takes longer.

That guy is in fantastic shape, but whilst wearing clothes not only would he look like hes never worked out, he would probably look like hes got anorexia. Why would anyone want to be that small? I will kill myself the day my arms drop under 18inches

i agree ..i dont think hes natural but at most low level or national qualifier npc shows in his weight class hed be in the top 3,,

guy is totally shredded up n he still can probably cut water b4 show n be even harder

Once i saw 75kg guy beat 116kg guy(IFBB PRO Armando Arcasal) with my own eyes.
And surely this tiny amateur beat that IFBB PRO!
Like Shawn or Lee Labrada beats huge monster!

Wrong. Even if a natty is able to get below 4-5%BF naturally (not easy unless you are genetically predisposed to do so), he will not look as hard, dry and full as someone who uses drugs and knows what they're doing.

Don't believe me? Just look at the line up of the top ten "naturals" vs. the top ten at the Mr. Olympia. The juice monkeys have waaay better conditioning.

BTW, I know several nattys who compete who use epehedra, clen, thyroids, diuretics, etc. Their definition of being clean is to not use AAS or Growth

No it's not. BTW, pro hormone use is also rampant amoung "natural" competitors. These are AAS precursors so as far as I'm concerned, if you're on prohormones, you're on gear...
