It also explains that the "code of conduct", are a series of "guidelines" the athletes SHOULD follow....distinctly diffreent than the RULES, which are far more B&W...this is where Lee's argument has no merit, citing that many athletes have broken the C.O.C., and nothing was enforced.
Nothing HAS to be enforced, they can do nothing, issue a written warning, etc....it's THEIR discression.
BTW...Lee is wrong when he says nothing has been done, he himself had to write a letter of apology for the tirade he wrote against Ben Weider and the IFBB...Many athletes have ben reprimanded for various infractions.
