Again, provide me with proof of overdieting. People OVEREAT when they diet. Plus it works out the same.....You guys are burning 300-500 calories from cardio and taking in 2500. So that makes you about 2000.....Some of you gaywods then do another session....You are now at 1500 calories.
What a waste of time and eating.
This is why you look skinny, and lancky.... its different. By doing cardio, and having the right portions of protein % Carbs% fats% you can make your body burn stored fat and the excess protein and carbs if eaten at the right times will sheild your muscle mass from loss, you on th eother hand, are starving yourself, and training hard, which is giving you a nice look, but I think your looking very skinny, and drawn in.

Just a heads up man.. dont over diet and come in looking like you were starving.

LOL...for you to say we are all stupid for doing cardio, well, maybe your the only person in the planet that thinks that, as far as bodybuilding is concerned, and prepping for a show!
