Maybe you over 'bulked'.
yeah, i decided that i may need to do a bit more cardio and get my weight down a slight bit. i'm natural, so it can't be gear. having said that, my BP isn't extremely high, just a bit above normal. however, there is a history of hypertension and heart disease on both sides of my family, so it is something i should take seriously
of course, the doc thought heavy lifting is bad for you

i don't agree that is the real problem though. i think cardio, diet, and cutting back on drinking is the best solution
