in the gym on Friday there's two guys training biceps each about 150lbs at six feet plus and i hear one talking to the other one about his "post workout shake" and he says, "i drink 70 grams of whey protein, 5 grams of creatine and 10 grams of glutamine along with 100 grams of carbs, just like the pros" hahahahahaha, epic unnecessary nutrients and wastage.

Coleman or Cutler sized, honestly most guys drastically overestimate how much nutrients they need, you're only doing a pansy 10 set weightlifting workout, you're not doing a triathlon.

The amount of protein is way too high.

If anything, the carbs could be slightly higher.

Look for a ratio of 3:1  carbs:protein, or even 4:1.

So 100 g's of dextrose and 60 g's of protein... no.

what he's saying is don't go around drinking cutler's bodyweight in carbs if you weigh 130.  you're just gonna get fat.  gradual increase is better.

Come on, this is bullshit.
You don't need 100g of dextrose after a workout, especially when your not on roids. 
That's way off. Also were do you come up with that ratio of 4:1??

I'd say 30g of protein and some complex carbs (about 50-60g) is okay for the first thing after a workout.
30 minutes later again 30g of protein and some more complex carbs.
