I reference every claim, and had the advantage of using steroid.com to conduct polls and ask questions, and do surveys. I don't know of a better source for gathering tons of data than a 50k member site that I assure you is more real-world users at my disposal for asking questions than any other steroid author has, times 10.

I don't trust the consensus on the boards too much. You go into any supplement section on any board and you will find people swearing that NoExplode got them huge. There is a guy that posts here that says you can get ripped eating only ice cream and there are several people who agree with him.
