Or, find a ghetto near you and you should find a street walker or two.

look for businesses that have signs that say "WE CASH CHECKS".
should be 2 or 3 hookers hanging around outside.

or you can go for the old "mark grace slumpbuster routine".  Pick any night of the week bast and go out and have some drinks.  go look for the ugliest or fattest girl in the bar, go hogging and then magically your slump will end and youll be back to tagging grade A ass.

Any city has hookers walking around and they are real easy to find. They try to make eye contact with you as you drive by. 99.9% of them are covered with needle tracks so caveat emptor.
