he did 20 push ups in the morning everyday

As far as the initial post. It seems like the high levels of testosterone from the steroids would of made his face mature a bit. But it looks like a 10 year olds face was photoshopped onto some pro-bodybuilders body. I doubt it's fake, but that's what it looks like.
