And yes, I've always eaten whatever I want, whenever I want...it's all about moderation and control.
I'm a pound lighter today, after yesterday eating a chocolate glazed Krispy Kreme doughnut, 3 cookies coated in dark chocolate and pecans, a piece of red velvet cake, a cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream, a slice of thin crust pizza, and 2 glasses of white shiraz!!!
But don't get me wrong, I also ate a some of an Indian chicken dish I made, an apple, some veggies, etc....
So there's my secret diet...Monster Variety!!!
